The seminar will comprise both theoretical and practical approaches to a variety of pressing issues in the field of European Institutional Law and Procedure; namely, the impact of enforcement actions on national proceedings, the interpretation of EU law by national courts, and the influence of EU law in domestic procedural rules. This training will count with the presence of leading international experts in the field European Institutional Law, and offer 39 JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS from the different EU Member States the possibility to engage in interactive lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities. It will also be the second ever EJTN FILMED/PODCASTED SEMINAR, making available all lectures and resources online [1] for easy access, streamline viewing and download by interested professionals form across the EU. Please note that no participants will be filmed without their express consent.
We kindly remind you that the EJTN is able to fund international participants through the grant of a 135€ PER DIEM/daily allowance and the reimbursement of up to 400€ IN INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL COSTS.
Participants residing in the country where the seminar will take place will be funded on the basis of the _real costs_ incurred.
