Description
The role of the prosecutor have some differences between the Member States.
In Spain an important reform of the criminal procedure is being prepared.
On this reform the investigation on the process will be assumed by prosecutors
Considering that, the aim of this seminar is to explain the experiences of the Portuguese prosecutors and to analyse the activities performed by them during their interventions on the processes.
Based on the experiences of Portuguese and Spanish prosecutors , the presence of judges and prosecutors from other European countries may give to the Seminar an European scope that allows a better knowledge of the role of the prosecutor as investigator of the process, in Europe.
Language regime: Spanish and English
IMPORTANT: All those who had participated on the event are obliged to upload REPORT from this event within 30 days after their return and no later than 31 December 2014. The report may be written in Slovak or English language.
